Our fees & Charges

We aim to be transparent and clear on our fee and other charges. We are bound by transparency rule set by the Bar Standard Board. Our Barrister can take your case, on a fixed fee or per hour fee.

Basis of Our charges

We can offer our services on any of the following basis;

Hourly Rate
Conditional fees basis. This means you will only pay if you obtain the agreed result.
Fixed Fee. This means we will agree to a fixed fee which will be decided in advance as per the estimated time of the work assigned. If your case takes longer than expected, we will charge a fixed hourly fee agreed in advance.

Hourly Charges

Our hourly rates vary depending on the type of work and who carries it out.
We have given our hourly rates below for each type of matter.

Barrister’s Rate per Hour –

In all matters in First-tier Tribunal (Asylum and Immigration) £450-650
In Upper Tribunal (Asylum and Immigration £650/-
Documents drafting – £500 per hour
File review £450/- By Barrister

Fee earner /Casework rate £250-350

Court & Home Office coordination – correspondence and obtaining updates on your matter

This means, contacting the court and home office, to obtain the latest information about your case.
- £350- per Hour by Barrister
- £250 by a caseworker

Conditional fee agreements

In these agreements, we will only charge the Fee if you obtain the agreed results. However, you will have to pay your disbursement and other expenses yourself. We will give you a fee quotation on an estimated hourly work basis. We will bill your work and we will charge you 95% success fee in addition to the billed fee.
For example if the cost of your case came up to 2000, there will be success fee of 95% 3900. However further terms and conditions applied. Send us documents if you wish to proceed in this arrangement.

In All Immigration cases, we can offer you a fixed fee or even a conditional fee agreement
Each extra hour is charged at a fixed rate of £350.

After the fixed rate, we will charge you an hourly rate of £350.
